Last week it was there but not downloadable ("Content not available"). Today only "WinFX SDK - Avalon - Community Technology Preview" is available at this location.

Indigo should now be under:

Platforms
Windows Longhorn Client Preview
WinFX SDK - Community Technology Preview
Avalon and Indigo Community Technology Preview - March 05 (Englisch)

But again "Content not available" ist displayed.
